    • You will be charged in USD (US dollars).

    • Yes, we ship worldwide.
  3. Do you offer free shipping worldwide?

    • Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide. We are not responsible for any tax(es) imposed by local customs in the country the package is sent to.

  4. Can you custom make a hat?

    • Yes. Contact us HERE. Whether you want to modify an existing design or if you want a hat made specifically to match an outfit, we can make the perfect one for you. (We cannot, however, duplicate a hat that has been sold to another customer.)
  5. When will my order be processed?

    • We know the harsh feeling of placing and order and having to wait 2 - 5 business days for it to be shipped, it's not enjoyable. You deserve the highest quality of service, so all orders are processed and shipped within the next 24 hours.
  6. Do you ship next day?

    • Yes, we can ship next day. Include it in the "notes" section of the checkout page and we will contact you to make the arrangements.

  7. Do you provide a tracking number for my purchase?

    • Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the order is processed (within 24 hours after purchase).
